Kenneth E. Stanley, CPA, Firm Administrator manages all the administrative and accounting functions of the firm and brings over 20 years of legal administration experience to Mack Drucker & Watson. Through his law firm financial management firm, Professional Practice Services, PLC, Ken started working with the firm in July, 2008 on a contract basis. Ken is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Claire L. Bailey has been a certified professional legal secretary since March 1993.
Ms. Bailey has worked closely with Mr. Mack in his litigation practice since 1995. In
addition to providing traditional legal secretarial assistance, Ms. Bailey is also
responsible for all docketing in the errors & omissions litigation. She also is
responsible for scheduling depositions, settlement conferences, and related matters
with parties, witnesses, counsel and the courts. Claire is a member of the Phoenix Legal
Support Association (PLSA), Arizona Legal Support Association (LSPA), and NALS. . .the
association for legal professionals.

Andrea L. Barber, Paralegal, has been with the firm since August 2002. Since
receiving her legal assistant certificate in 1996, Ms. Barber has been in the legal
profession in Arizona and the U.S. Virgin Islands in various areas of practice including
real estate litigation, the field in which she has chosen to specialize. Ms. Barber
assists in the preparation of pleadings, discovery, disclosure and correspondence, as
well as the management of voluminous documents received from all parties and extensive
interaction with clients, counsel and witnesses. Ms. Barber attended Western Washington
University and Arizona State University majoring in English, and is a licensed REALTOR.

Nikki J. Salgat, Paralegal, has been with the firm since February 2007. Nikki graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her paralegal certificate from Phoenix College. Ms. Salgat assists in the preparation of pleadings, discovery, disclosure and correspondence, as well as the management of voluminous documents received from all parties and extensive interaction with clients, counsel and witnesses.

Erin M. Bailey, Secretary, has been with the firm since January 2008. Erin has more than
ten years of legal experience and is responsible for filing pleadings with various courts, filing,
including indexing, transcribing, and back-up of the firm’s multiple line phone system.

Jennifer C. Price, Secretary, was hired in February 2004 and is responsible for all incoming files, coordinating initial consultations with potential clients, scheduling, docketing, filing with various courts and managing the file room. Jennifer is a graduate of Arizona State University West with a Bachelor of Education degree.

Berlinda Corpora, Secretary, completed the Paralegal Program at Barry University in Miami, Florida in 1992. Berlinda has been with Dax Watson since 2005. Berlinda's responsibilities include secretarial, paralegal and billing. She also has the responsibility of docketing, scheduling depositions, settlement conferences, etc. Berlinda is a member of National Association of Legal Professionals.

Janice D. Jackson, Accountant, assists with the accounting functions of the firm including client billing and accounts payable. Jan received her MBA from Webster University and her Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.

Ashley Bernal, Administrative Assistant, has been with Dax Watson since April, 2008. Ashley is responsible for filing, client logs, assisting in document production and filing with various courts. Ashley also assists with the operation of the firm's main switchboard.

Melony C. Schiffner, Administrative Assistant, is responsible for filing, internal communications and supplies, and assists with document production.
