John J. Browder, an associate, primarily practices in complex commercial
litigation. Mr. Browder is admitted to practice in Arizona (2002) and Idaho
(2006). Before entering private practice, Mr. Browder was a law clerk for the
Honorable Susan A. Ehrlich, Arizona Court of Appeals. He received his Bachelor
of Arts degree from Westminster College of Salt Lake City and his Master of Arts
and Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University.

Carlotta L. Turman, an associate with the firm, joined the firm in March 2005,
after working for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Turman assists in the
preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery and disclosure statements. Licensed to
practice in Arizona, Ms. Turman received her Juris Doctorate degree from the
University of Minnesota Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University.

Corey I. Richter, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of real
estate litigation, construction law, and business law, and is experienced in
business entity formation. Mr. Richter handles all aspects of discovery, assists in
the preparation of pleadings and motions at the trial and appellate levels, and also
attends depositions and handles court appearances.
Mr. Richter graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University with Bachelor of Science
degrees in Justice Studies and Psychology and received his Juris Doctor degree from
the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as the Fidelity and Surety
Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
Mr. Richter is fluent in French and is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Michael H. Orcutt, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of real
estate litigation, construction and insurance law. Mr. Orcutt graduated from Arizona
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic and received his Juris
Doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Orcutt is admitted to practice
in Arizona.

Troy B. Stratman, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of real
estate litigation, construction law, and homeowners association law. Mr. Stratman
also has extensive experience in drafting CC&R’s and other governing documents for
homeowners associations. Mr. Stratman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern
Arizona University with a degree in History, and received his Juris Doctor from
Marquette University School of Law, where he graduated with Honors.
